Ideas Are Bulletproof

"Remember, Remember, The 5th Of November,
The Gunpowder Treason Plot.

I Can Think Of No Reason
Why The Gunpowder Treason
Should Ever Be Forgot."

It's Guy Fawkes Day. I celebrate the 5th for the idea that evil, corrupt, and destructive regimes can be brought down by the people.

I have a character in a game not originally from Earth who celebrates Guy Fawkes day. XD;; she doesn't care a whit about the history. She just likes the idea of blowing up people in effigy. She's... a bit off. XD;

Making things go boom is always fun. (As I'm sure Kimbley would agree.)

I've never really celebratedd Guy Fawkes Day before, but in the past year I'm gotten a British best friend, and watched V for Vendetta, and my group of friend had some Fawkes Days plans that didn't pan out (blast you, homework!) so I felt at the very least the 5th deserved a livejournal post. Add a little moral outrage courtesy of my Mass Media textbook, and voila!
