Well, that was a painfully unfunny 20 minutes.

Way the fuck too meta. It crossed the line between teasing the fans and mocking them.

The only good thing was Suki's smokin' hot Fire Nation outfit.

But, Mike & Bryan, I have watched the first three season - I didn't need a recap. And I know you guys are shipping Katara/Aang but at this point? You have FLAMING NEON SIGNS THAT KATARA DOESN'T LIKE HIM LIKE THAT!

Suki, Sokka, Jet, Yue - and I'm sure there's more - fell in love during a war.

That Katara keeps saying she's confused and pulls away from Aang's kisses? That is a women who doesn't want to be in a relationship with him.

I don't know how you're going to dig yourself out of this hole.

We enjoyed the play's Special Effects, and how it reminded us of ways stories about the Monkey King get performed.
My first thought on Avatar-Actress was "Whoo Ty Lee! Wait, she's in prison. Dangit."

I would want Ty Lee and Mai more if I thought they were going to go off and have awesome lesbian adventures, instead of Mai hooking up with Zuko to be the WORST FIRELADY EVER!

For serious though, in my head Mai and Ty Lee are busted out of prison and having awesome lesbian or at least Girl Power Best Friends adventures avoiding the Fire Nation Military and kicking ass.

...or found that pretty island full of massages and cherry blossoms where everyone dressed in pink for some relaxing down-time. I should put that on my list of things to write with them, shouldn't I Agh brain why, it is late at night.
