 Oh my god, how come no one told me Victor Garber has a minor role in this show? It is so strange watching him being affectionate and emotional.

What really makes this show is how it doesn't flinch away from things - it honestly is a biting comedy. I'm growing fond of Rachel, despite herself, I adore Emma and Kurt, and I'm growing intrigued by the Quinn and Puck (which I was totally spoiled for).

 Random question: did Morgana (on Merlin) even own her powers? Because right now I'm tapping my toes waiting for Bonnie to level up and realizing how witch afraid of her powers is much more common than witch owning her powers.

Morgana (if flist tells me true) had to be drugged to suppress her powers, Bonnie is still getting witchcraft 101 (while her bff channels Buffy; I kind of  ♥ you Elena), and it took River until the end of Firefly to start to have agency over herself.

Versus Willow and Kahlan, who started out badass (and then had powers-using-them narratives to come later).

*sigh*

I watched the finale of Dollhouse the day after it aired and loved it.

Also, I got a chance to watch the unaired pilot, and I am so sorry that it wasn't what aired. Yes, it was too slow, but the Dollhouse it presented was a morally ambiguous entity with a fantasy rape "subtext" reduced by about 95%.
