Haha, yeah I suppose that could be taken a few ways. But I meant it in that Kakashi is not going to forgive Sasuke that easily. Naruto would, Sakura might, but Kakashi? No way.
I really don't get this thing about making really straight men suddenly flamingly homosexual for each other. I suppose I could see Kakashi "experimenting" and never, ever mentioning it again, but Sasuke? I don't think so.
Yeah, and is also, you know, fucking awesome?
Was there ever any doubt? OH WAIT.
Those of us who are smart see the awesome, anyway.

That's how I see it. As someone else phrased it, Kakashi has one unbreakable rule (protect your teammates) and Sasuke fucked that royally. Naruto is going to forgive Sasuke at the drop of a hat, Sakura will forgive him but never get rid of the nagging doubt that he's just going to betray them again, and Kakashi never going to trust that boy ever, every again.
I suppose I could see Kakashi "experimenting" and never, ever mentioning it again, but Sasuke? I don't think so.
Frankly, I have a really hard time with that. Kakashi strikes me as really, really fucking straight.

Maybe it's just me. To me, Kakashi reading porn = more sexually open, so I could kind of see him as being the "I'll try anything once" kind of person. Or maybe he was really drunk.
We just did a show up here in which the main character is really straight (in a lot of relationships and in general loves women) who admits, at one point, to have had "a homosexual experience," so that might color my perception a bit.
I don't see being curious about the other side of the fence as negating a person's being straight or gay, but then again I don't choose to define my own sexuality so I'm probably not the best person to talk about that.

Hmmmm... I see where you're coming from. For me, I picture Icha, Icha as much more traditionally romancy-novely, only with lots of sex, so rather strongly heternormative.
But a lot of that is just subjective and my guesses based on how the characters 'vibe' for me.
Honestly, I can see Jiraiya having doing a guy easier than Kakashi.

I do, too. It's something about him reading it in public, I think. Like you said, it's just kind of a vibe I get. I don't ship him yaoi, and I don't think he's at all gay, I just think it's something he might have done at some point in his life.
I could so see Jiraiya doing a guy.
