Same. I like it and it can get addictive in shorter fiction, but in longer works... it rarely does.

In all honesty, I can see it being good for fic. The style leaves more room for your personal interpretation in the fic, and imposes the author's on you less. But...I don't read much fic. (Mostly yuletide, stuff I'm recced, and short pairing and gen bits for a few things.)
