47 pops out to me as a Pain/Konan, or at least a Konan/somebody fic.

33 sounds like it could be something really fun with Soul and Maka and Insanity.

13 is most likely going to be Tsubaki/Mifune devirginification fic.

4, 26, and 30 sound like Chuck/Blair.
