Oh, reaaaally. In that case, you might want to check out all her posts at The Magic District (http://magicdistrict.wordpress.com/) too since she post there as well - and I rather enjoyed a lot of her posts, which deals with world building in stuff, but her race issue stuff it the best.

(Although I have never seen that comm before... hrmmm.)

Wow. Firstly, that was a very interesting essay, secondly I can't believe I've never really noticed how few people of color there are in mainstreem science-fiction/fantasy. Now that I think about it, I see it more in YA books than I do in adult.
