For me, I would rather stay up because I'm not disciplined enough to actually get up when my alarm goes off. At least it's finished if you stay up and then you could sleep the remaining hours without worries. Good luck!

In my experience, when I say I'm going to get up early to work on an essay/project/what have you... I. Don't. lol.

Within the last... six months I've had much better luck with getting up early than is normal for me.
