So I just finished watching Alias, season one.
And while I need to do a longer write up about why this show is awesome, in brief,
Sydney=love.
Sydney/Vaugh=love.
Sydney's outfits=love. (And it appears that I am the only person, but I actually like both her red hair and outfit from the first episode and the blue-haired outfit from the second.)
Will: While we had a minor falling out in the middle of the season, by "Rendez-vous" he's back in my good graces with "I don't love you because of what you do, or what you don't do. I just love you." And then, "One in five, you little bitch! One in five!" Because, yes! (And how much do I like it that they're bringing back villians from the first episode to the last? Although when I thought they might have killed Will and with the tooth torture scene, I had my hand over my mouth. And then that little hug he gives Jack? Awesome.
Jack=love. He's the best deadbeat dad ever. And I adore that actor to peices. He makes me believe everything I'm supposed to believe of that character, that's he's a ruthless, scary bastard, that he loves his daughter to bits, that he tries but can't manage to be a good father, that he'll do anything to protect her, that his wife really screwed him up, and that sometimes the only thing keeping him together is sheer will, but that's okay, because Jack Bristow's will could replace gravity.
