Snape/Hermione has to be my main d!w ship. I have a thing about people who are dark and not particularly social, but not evil that Snape sums up pretty well. And I have a thing about smart women who really could go either way if they wanted to on the moral spectrum, which fits Hermione.
Adelle/Echo also makes the list, if only for the squick and power issues involved with pairing anyone with a doll. But they're both so badass that, if handled properly, the power issues can be either negligible or half the fun of the pair.
Azula/Katara is my other big one. With them, it's one mind game after another, and once Katara learned the game, they'd be on nearly equal footing, which keeps things interesting.

Agreed. And given Snape's antagonistic relationship with, you know, EVERYONE there is even a bit of enemy!ship in there.
