I adore it. Clint Barton is fabulous, has a great voice, the art is (70% of the time) absolutely amazing, Kate Bishop is pretty much perfect -snarky and in control and often saving Clint's bacon, the two have a great friendship, seriously, I can't say enough good things about this comic. It also has a one-eyed dog.

Everything I have heard about it is fabulous. I am pretty much dragging my feet at this point because I am already spending brainspace and money on Batman and I'm not even reading any of those titles every month, and I'm afraid Hawkeye would EAT ME ALIVE because everything I've heard about it is so great.
