Am now addicted to attention-whore cosplay. (The kind where 234 people ask for your photo, not the kind where you show more skin than a vegas showgirl.)

Lucky! I haven't done much cosplay, but the best I got was a Snape crossplayer wanting my picture at the HP:DH release party.

Though there was a television show where the guy asked if I was dressed as the Green Lantern's wife when I wasn't actually wearing a costume. But that doesn't actually count.

And I am afraid to total up how many hours and how much I spent on my cosplay - there are certainly downsides. ^_^

I'm going to Anime North in May . . . I should plan something for that. Usuually I just wear an amusing t-shirt.

Oooh . . . and I should submit something to their fanfiction contest, which does not specify which fandoms it's open to. BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

. . . I've been staring at my fics for the past couple days and my grab bag of insecurities is telling me that 99% of the stuff I write is either crack or crap. I'm gonna make a post asking people to tell me what to submit.

I'm running through some possibilities in my head, but I think they'd all need wigs, or several years of hair growth. If I stick with this year's costume, which was a lot of fun, I need to look for a better way to bind my busoms.
