The Notebook

I finally saw The Notebook, which I decided I wanted to watch after watching approximately  A HUNDRED BILLION commercials for it at the gym.

It was pretty much what I expected. At times I laughed at inappropriate moments because it was just so trite, and there were some weird camera angles during the love scenes, like they wanted to be sensual but the actors refused to do nudity. My mom cried at the end, and I did not mock.

All in all, a decent enough movie, but I wouldn't really recommend it.

So, I finally got caught up with True Blood.

You know, usually I like more than one or two characters when i get sucked into a show, but this one is just addictive, even when I sometimes don't like whole swaths of characters at a time.
