1. Your main fandom of the year? Okay, this is a year when my serial monogamy really showed. I blasted through Leverage, Burn Notice, and Chuck, while dipping my toes in Star Trek. Still, when it comes down to it, I'm going to have to say it was Soul Eater.
2. Your favorite film watched this year? Star Trek. Like 2008 with Iron Man, this was another movie I didn't have high expectations for that just blew me away. Sherlock Holmes, continuing the trend, was a close, close second.
3. Your favorite book read this year? Tie Between Demon Bound and Turn Coat.
4. Your favorite album or song to listen to this year? Favorite song would have to be "Living In The Devil's Playground" by Gram Rabbit.
5. Your favorite TV show of the year? SUCH A HARD QUESTION. Tie between Legend of the Seeker and Chuck, I believe.
6. Your favorite LJ community of the year?
where_no_woman focus on the ladies + wank-free atmosphere? My kind of party.
7. Your best new fandom discovery of the year? See my comment about serial monogamy. I discovered a lot of great tv and manga this year. Almost too much.
8. Your biggest fandom disappointment of the year? Bleach. Sure, Naruto has been made of fail since we started this year with Schrodinger's Kakashi and are ending it with sharingan arms and a plot to rule the world via the power of the moon, but it at least had the benefit being a previous fandom obsession. I got all the way caught up with Bleach before I realized I would never love it even a little.
9. Your TV boyfriend of the year? Michael Westen.
10. Your TV girlfriend of the year? I think it's a toss-up between Maka, Sarah Walker, and Adelle deWitte. I love my HBIC ladies.
11. Your biggest squee moment of the year? Getting fanart drawn for one of my fics and finding Paperback Hero on youtube.
12. The most missed of your old fandoms? Harry Potter. I really wish I could reconnect with my fic-writing spirit with that old flame of a fandom.
13. The fandom you haven't tried yet, but want to? Legend of the Seeker has a nice big playground.
14. Your biggest fan anticipations for the New Year? Burn Notice and Chuck return to my computer screen.
