My brief and belated review of “Folsom Prison Blues” which can basically be summed up as: Oh, Dean.
(Also, this is the second time I’m typing this out. I was originally writing this in an email at the library, and I shut down the computer without sending the email to myself.)
Also, I'm way late on the 'quote Supernatural' meme, but I'm going to quote Dean's righteous verbal smackdown from 'Salvation' anyway:
John: Something like this starts happening to your brother, you pick up the phone and you call me.
Dean: Call you? Are you kidding me? Dad, I called you from Lawrence...Sam called you when I was dying. I mean getting you on the phone, I got a better chance of winning the lottery.

Your brain gets spoiled (what is this wonderous thing known as free time? how did I not know it sooner?) and when you get back to college you have no desire to work, and your brain gets annoyed if you try to do schoolwork fifteen hours a day.
