fannish5:  5 characters who would totally camp out outside a store all night just to get sale prices.

(In order to actually answer this question, I thought about what characters I could see waiting all night outside for something, and then listed their motivations. Because let's face it, not a lot of the characters I care about from shows I watch would be too invested in sale prices, for various reasons.)

1.) Caroline Forbes. You do not want to get between her and on-sale shoes.

2.) M'gann. Would stand outside all night in line simply to experience Black Friday. Then she'd wander around the store looking at everyone else rushing around like frustrated idiots and being crappy. She'd go home with a migraine from all the negative emotional bombardment.

3.) Leslie Knope (Harry Potter), Ben Wyatt (The Hobbit, Thor 2), Wally West (everything LOTR, Marvel-verse, involving superheroes, Ridley Scott, etc, etc) and Dick Grayson (accompanying Wally West) are all huge enough geeks that there is a selection of movies they would stand in line all night (or day, for a midnight showing) to see.

4.) Sansa Stark, in a modern AU, for the sale prices.

5.) Abed (see Wally's list).

Yesterday was not very fun. One of my coworkers was out sick, which is always a joy, it was just crisis, crisis, crisis, one after another. And then dinner made me so nauseated that I wondered whether I would be calling in sick today (nope, I'm totally fine to go to work today).

Also, I watched episode 1x04 of Arrow while lamenting no new Once, and I’m… really, really, on the fence about whether or not Arrow is worth my time.

Basically, I just want Young Justice to come back into my life. Is that too much to ask?

Anyway, today is likely to be more of the same.... so please spam me with fannish questions to ponder!  I can check my email via my iTouch and I love having something fannish to think about while answering phones. My my tags and my icons are a pretty reliable way to see what shows and books I'm familiar with.

But really, the best discovery was (via allisnow again) learning that RAZER AND WALLY WEST HAVE THE SAME VOICE ACTOR.

There is a great post here talking about heroes who are heroes because they remember being the villain.

AND IT'S AWESOME.

It's written in reference to Alison Argent but what it really reminds me of (at the moment) is M'gann.

Okay, so, post-season one, Conner is killing time in the laundry room waiting for his jeans to finish drying. What is he doing? I had it in my head that he was reading but I cannot for the life of me decide what.
