As a side note, I have repeatedly had the morbid thought of, 'what if I died? And my mom went through my computer?' Because there are some of my fiction that I'm sure would be so comforting for her to read [because we both like fantasy action/adventure stuff with a side of romance, which is most of my original fiction is] but on the other, there is stuff I never, ever want her to see [the super-porny stuff]. Leaving aside the smutty pictures I've saved from tumblr and other places.

I came across this fanart for Wreck-It Ralph and all I could think after I finished dying of laughter was that someone who saw that movie as a child is going to come across it and be FOREVER CHANGED.

Coulson and Maria Hill are scene-stealers.

Loki + Clint deleted scene. In which I think totally wrong thoughts on the 'touch everyone differently' line. And I am SUPER SAD we don't know what and how Clint described Natasha.

This Clint and Coulson head canon post reminds me of how much I want to read a fic where, right after Natasha joins SHIELD, Clint keeps dragging her on social outings with him and Coulson, and Natasha is thinking, 'if Clint wants me to be be his beard, he should just say so,' and Clint is like, 'Coulson, this is Natasha, she's deadly and pretty and my forever girl, please please please like her,' and Coulson is deadpan about the whole thing.

Last night, I got drunk with a friend of mine and watched New Moon and Eclipse with the rifftrax on. Oh my god so terrible. So very, very terrible. There was much mocking of Bella and the make-up artists and Jasper's ridiculously terrible hair. That said:

a.) part of me really wished I was ten when these came out because if so, I would have been all over Jacob. Seriously, taking off his shirt to tenderly blot Bella's head wound? Bella and Jacob's whole shirtless in the rain convo? SHIRTLESS, RIPPED DUDE IN THE RAIN. I would have been on that shit like white on rice, instead of rolling my eyes that anyone would care about Bella. Find a gf with a personality, Jacob!

b.) watching the movie, I find it unfathomable that anyone could prefer Edward over Jacob. Like seriously?

c.) if someone had been taking shots every time I went 'jesus christ' in disgust, we likely would have had to take them to the hospital.

And rereading this, I think it is a damn good thing I wasn't ten when these books came out.

As a sort of comedy interlude between the movies, my friend and I also watch the Simpson's YA lit episode which was both hilarious and depressing.

On the subject of YA, I just got Divergent and Mastiff from the library, and while I'm looking forward to reading both of them, it is really awkward that both of those books are so big they can't fit in my purse. Awwwwwkward.

I put a cracker in my mouth before I watched this and almost choked to death. Let that be a warning to you.

I really dislike T:TSCC's season two intro. It feels really over the top and I think it worked much better, thematically, to have Sarah voicing the narration.

I can't help but notice that both Sarah and Derek have really pretty green eyes. I really like how it makes them look related, even though don't share genetics.

I have both intense Ron + Ron/Hermione fans and Harry + Harry/Hermione fans on my flist and both kind of exploded over Deathly Hollows. Since I like/ship both, it's really fun to see how similar the posts about those two characters sound.

I puzzled over this question until the obvious, perfect, answer hit me like a ton of brinks:

The entirety of their baggage could fill the cargo hold of a Boeing 747. There was the illegitimate child she had with his best friend, the time he had sex with her sister, the time she shot their daughter, the time he shot a clone of Irina thinking it was her after they danced together, etc, etc, etc.
